Hi! Thanks so much for droppin by - I’m excited to be a part of your Nash weekend, and I always look forward to playing tunes you love: Sunday: 11 AM - 3 PM!

I’ve been a huge fan of all music since I was only a twinkle in my Daddy’s eye –My love for music just grew as I got older… I loved singing so much; I even decided to study opera in college (I graduated from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music with a degree in classical voice/opera performance). Upon graduating, I decided I wanted to sing it all! Lol I’ve been a local musician for over two decades in many genres: jazz, R&B, classical, pop, and rock. I am so honored that I’ve been able to perform on various stages including radio and television, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, sports stadiums and as a session musician for album projects and commercial music.

After years of doing music for a living… I discovered my passion for radio!! I feel so lucky to be on-air here in my hometown and work with such terrific people around me. I’d started a full-time career in broadcasting a decade ago as a personality on a once popular rock morning radio show here in the tri-state. While being on the morning show I also enjoyed writing, producing, and performing comedy songs and ‘bits’ and doing funny character voices! After my stint on morning radio, I continued on to be a DJ for a few other stations here in Cincinnati and am thrilled to be at Nash FM 94.1!

There’s sooo much talent is in country music! Duh, right? lol From Miranda Lambert to Brad Paisley – How can ya not love it all! When it comes to my favorite country tunes? I admit, I really do love them toe-tappin’ classics like “Dixieland Delight” by Alabama and “Fishin’ in the Dark” by The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band – both of those top my list of absolute favorite songs of all time! (Also topping my general faves of all-time: “Mercy Mercy Me” by Marvin Gaye, and “Creep” by Radiohead…What can I say? I love all kinds of music – great tunes are great tunes, eh? J)

Thanks for takin’ the time to read my bio! When I’m not here at the station, I might be hangin’ out with my fiancée and hopefully not forgetting to water my one little bamboo plant (hey, next step is getting a fish!), or, I’m probably playing music somewhere! If you ever happen catch me out and about somewhere tickling the ivories and croonin’ away at your local restaurant/bar, come up to the piano and say “Hi” so I can meet you!!!

xoxo Jenni
