This past weekend during CMA Music Festival in Nashville, Chris Young surprised his “Think Of You” duet partner, Cassadee Pope, with a Gold plaque for their No.1 hit single. The surprises continued as Young treated fans to a live duet performance when Pope joined him on stage at Nissan Stadium.
